- Customs fees & duties: Preppy Prodigy is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred for international orders. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and must be paid by you (the recipient) upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand potential fees before placing an international order.
- Tracking: International orders include a USPS tracking number. You can track your package via the USPS website until it leaves the U.S.; after that, tracking may be handled by your local postal service.
